Gold Line Coffee was born backstage—somewhere between an out-of-tune violin and a cup of truly tragic coffee.

CJ DiMarco spent years surrounded by creative spaces—where detail, mood, and expression mattered. Where the smallest nuance could change everything. And yet, the coffee never seemed to rise to the occasion.

It wasn’t terrible. Just forgettable.

So he did what most wouldn’t—he began approaching coffee with the same artistic intention.

Between late night practices and early morning rehearsals, small batches were roasted with care, shaped by feel as much as method, and shared among those who understood that the experience matters just as much as the outcome. What started quietly became something more refined—an elevated standard hidden in an everyday ritual.
